Terms of service

The rules for owning a spinner and running its bot, what we are responsible for, and what you are.

Last updated: October 2026

  1. Agreeing to these terms

Spin is operated by KLabs. These terms cover the Spin website, the spinner NFT collection, and the bot service: the strategy builder, backtests, paper trading and live trading.

By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spin. Some parts of Spin are not live yet; these terms apply to each part from the day it is.

  2. Who can use Spin

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must not use Spin if you are located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful, or if you are subject to sanctions.

You are responsible for knowing whether owning NFTs, running automated trading strategies and trading digital assets are lawful where you are.

  3. What Spin is, and what it is not

Spin lets the holder of a spinner NFT configure a bot that acts on public blockchains from that spinner's own wallet, following rules the holder sets.

We are not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, a fund manager or a financial adviser. We do not hold your funds, we do not trade on our own account against you, and we do not choose your strategy. A bot does what its rules say - nothing more, and nothing cleverer.

  4. Spinners and their wallets

Each spinner controls a smart-contract wallet (an ERC-6551 token-bound account). Whoever holds the spinner controls that wallet and everything in it. We never take custody of those funds.

If you sell or transfer a spinner, its wallet, its contents, its strategy and its record go with it. Withdraw anything you want to keep before you transfer it. Until a sale completes, the seller can still move the wallet's contents, so a buyer should not pay for them.

Owning a spinner gives you the right to use the bot features of its rarity tier while the service runs. It is not a share in Spin, it carries no right to our revenue, and it does not guarantee that any feature will stay available.

  5. The bot key

To let a bot act, you grant our service a limited key for your spinner's wallet. That key can only do what the wallet's rules allow: interact with approved contracts, within the limits you set, and return funds to the spinner's own wallet. It cannot send funds anywhere else.

You can revoke the key at any time. Revoking it stops the bot; it does not undo actions already taken.

Transactions settled on a blockchain cannot be reversed by us, by you, or by anyone else.

  6. Your strategies

You decide what your bot does, including the size of every trade. You are responsible for every action it takes under your rules, including actions you did not foresee when you wrote them.

Rules written for you by AI from a plain-English description are a draft of what you asked for, not a guarantee of it. Read them before you switch a bot on.

Backtests and paper trading show what a strategy would have done on past or simulated data. They are not a prediction, and live results will differ - fills, fees, slippage, timing and other traders all change the outcome.

  7. AI models and your API keys

Some features call an AI model or a data service using an API key you provide. We store your keys encrypted and use them only to run your own spinner's features.

Each call is made under your account with that provider, on their terms, and its cost is yours. We are not responsible for what a model returns, for a provider's availability, or for charges they make.

  8. Token launches

Spinners of eligible tiers can launch tokens through third-party launchpads. You are the creator of any token your bot launches, and you are responsible for its name, image and description, and for any obligations that come with launching it.

Do not launch a token that impersonates a person, company or brand, that infringes anyone's rights, or that is designed to mislead buyers. We may block launches that do.

  9. Leaderboards and copying

Live bots may be ranked publicly by their on-chain results, shown against their spinner. A strategy you publish can be copied by other holders; by publishing it you allow that.

A strategy that did well in the past can do badly next. Copying one is your own decision.

  10. Nothing here is investment advice

Nothing on Spin is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Presets, example strategies, backtests, rankings and any other signal we show are produced automatically and offered without warranty.

  11. Risk

Most trading strategies lose money after costs. Memecoins are extremely volatile and frequently go to zero; liquidity can vanish, and a contract can be built to stop you selling. A bot can lose money faster than you can, because it does not stop to think.

Bugs are possible in our software, in the wallet contracts, and in every third-party contract a bot touches. Only put in what you can afford to lose entirely. You accept that risk in full.

  12. Fees

Bot trades carry a fee, disclosed before you switch a bot on. Network fees, launchpad fees and AI provider charges are separate and are never ours.

The price and terms of any spinner sale by us, and any royalty on secondary sales, are stated when they apply. We may change our fees, and we will say so before a change applies.

  13. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use Spin for anything unlawful, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or market manipulation such as wash trading or pump-and-dump schemes.

    • Attempt to interfere with the service, the wallet contracts or other users' bots, or to circumvent limits or access controls.

    • Reverse engineer, resell or rebrand the service, except as permitted by a written agreement with us.

    • Use Spin on behalf of anyone barred from using it under these terms.

  14. Third-party services

Spin depends on things we do not control: public blockchains, launchpads, exchanges, wallet and sign-in providers, AI providers, RPC endpoints and data sources. Prices, balances and results drawn from them may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of any third party, and linking to one is not an endorsement.

  15. Availability

Spin is provided as is and as available. A bot may miss an event, act late, or fail to act if the service, a blockchain or a provider is slow or down. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time; your spinner's wallet stays yours and under your control if we do.

We may stop the bot service for a spinner that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.

  16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of Spin, including losses caused by a bot following your rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

  17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top, and continuing to use Spin after that means you accept them. Our handling of personal data is covered separately in the privacy policy.

  18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
