Privacy policy

What Spin collects, why it collects it, and what it never does with it.

Last updated: October 2026

  1. Who we are

Spin is operated by KLabs. This policy covers the Spin website, the spinner NFT collection and the bot service.

By using Spin you agree to the collection and use of information described here.

  2. Information we collect

We collect what is needed to run Spin, and no more:

    • Account data: the wallet addresses you connect, and any sign-in identifier you choose to use, such as an email address, held by our sign-in provider.

    • Bot data, once the bot service is live: the spinners you control, the strategies you write or describe, your bot settings and limits, and the actions your bots take.

    • API keys you give us for AI models or data services, stored encrypted.

    • Technical data, such as browser, device type and error reports.

  3. Blockchain data is public

Spinners, their wallets, and every action a bot takes live on public blockchains. Addresses, balances and transactions there are visible to anyone, permanent, and outside our control.

We read that data to show holdings, results and rankings, but we did not put it there and we cannot remove it. Deleting your Spin account does not erase anything already written to a chain.

  4. How we use your information

We use it only to operate, maintain and improve Spin: to sign you in, to run your bots, to run backtests and paper trades, to calculate results and leaderboard standings, to fix problems, and to contact you about your account.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, we do not run ad networks on Spin, and we do not use your strategies to trade for ourselves.

  5. Your strategies and AI providers

When you use a feature that calls an AI model with your own key, we send that provider what the feature needs: your description or rules, and the market data involved. That provider handles it under its own privacy policy, on your account with them.

We use your API keys only for your own spinner's features. You can delete them at any time, and we delete them when you ask us to delete your account.

  6. What is public

If your bot is live, its spinner and on-chain results may appear on public leaderboards. A strategy appears publicly only if you choose to publish it. We never publish your email address or sign-in details.

  7. Third parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except as described here or where the law requires it.

We rely on a small number of providers to run Spin: a sign-in provider, hosting providers, and blockchain data and RPC providers. AI providers receive data only through keys you supply, as described above.

  8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires. You may ask us to delete your data at any time; on-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.

  9. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of them, contact us at support@spin.trading.

  10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.

  11. Contact us
